how to convert PSD to Magento HTML CSS?

Question by dhavalshah: how to convert PSD to Magento HTML CSS?
I just want to know that is there any special knowledge require to software-implementation of Magento, I know PSD to Table less W3C HTML CSS well, so what exactly have to do when going to convert PSD to HTML for Magento ?
(if you know more about this all Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, Blogger, Shopify, OSCommerce, X-Cart, CubeCart please know me)
